What is the Trainamp platform?
Trainamp is a software as a service platform (SaaS) that is aimed at connecting personal trainers with potenial clients. And vice versa, we are essentially an advertising platform for personal trainers that connects people that want to change their lives with the people that can help them achieve their goals.
Can I try it for free as a PT or a sports coach?
Absolutely! Every new trainer/coach gets a 1 Month Free trial included with their membership.
Is it free for people looking for a PT?
Yes. To find the PT you are looking for it is totally free. We want to give the least amount of friction to our PTs that want to help people like you.
Obviously you will have to discuss with the trainer you want to train with how much sessions are through them, or anything else they may offer (diet plans, workout plans etc).
How much does it cost?
For clients searching for a PT it is totally free. For trainers and coaches, its free for the first month then monthly recurring £19 a month on our silver plan. We aim at getting some more advanced plans up in the future with even more features.
How do bookings work?
Once a client is happy with what you offer on your profile, they can book you through the app or alternatively through any of your socials. If you do recieve a booking email, we ask you to reply to the client whether through email, text or even a phone call to make sure the session is on.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We are sad to see you go!
To cancel, head to the cog icon in the top right corner (make sure your logged in), click on manage account then go to the billing button and cancel your subscription there, we do ask if theres anyway we could improve in the future if you want to let us know. You will also still have your account active until your subscription expires.
If you change your mind and want to come back, just log back in and reenable your subscription in the same place. Your profile will still be there.

I'm a Fitness Influencer, do you have a partner programme?
Yes, we do. If you have a big social media presence, email as at influencers@trainamp.com where we can discuss a free membership on our platform for yourself/your business for advertising Trainamp.

What is Holiday mode?
Holiday Mode allows trainers to set there booking status to 'On Holiday' which prevents booking emails coming in if you are not currently available.
How do I delete my account?
